Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is hiring a Spa Attendant for the Hotel Ivy in downtown Minneapolis. You will assist guests with spa arrival and departure, help maintain locker rooms, relaxation areas, and hydrotherapy spaces, and ensure towels and robes are stocked for a premium guest experience.

Strong communication, physical stamina, and a customer-first mindset are essential. This role offers a supportive team culture and the opportunity to grow within a luxury spa environment at Hotel Ivy.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, and move up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure from spa, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa locker rooms, relaxation area, and hydrotherapy spaces.
• Ensure towels, robes, slippers, and linens are stocked and readily available.
• Assist with general spa duties and keep spaces organized and presentable.

Assure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Hydrotherapy tub area. Make sure there is a sufficient amount of clean towels, robes and sheets.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStock locker room with appropriate amenities such as towels and robes.Empty carts of soiled linen and trash.Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. Make sure glass doors & mirrors are clean.Ensure guests have been given the robes, towels, slippers and more that will enhance their experience.Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications and SkillsAbility to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push carts up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to stand and move throughout spa and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Effective verbal and written communication skills.
