Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts operates The Hotel Ivy in Minneapolis and is seeking a Spa Attendant for full-time on-site work. You will assist guests with arrival and departure from the spa, help maintain locker rooms, and ensure a pristine relaxation area and hydrotherapy spaces.

The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, mobility throughout the spa, and strong verbal and written communication to interact with guests and staff.

• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push carts up to 50lbs.
• Stand and move throughout spa.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock locker room with towels, robes and amenities.
• Empty carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean walls, doors, glass surfaces; ensure cleanliness of spa areas.
• Provide robes, towels, slippers to guests; maintain service standards.
• Adhere to attendance rules and perform other duties as assigned.

Assure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Hydrotherapy tub area.
