Job summary

Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage in California is seeking a part-time Spa Attendant to welcome guests, provide robes, slippers and towels, and escort clients within the spa area. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and supporting therapists with amenities and comfort-focused services.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
Must be able to complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide robes, slippers, towels, and locker key.
Escort guests to their lockers and escort massage clients to the therapist, introducing them as needed.
Maintain spa facility cleanliness while assisting guests with amenities and wellness experiences and equipment.
Provide excellent guest service and professionalism at all times.
Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the Spa.
Assist in understanding different treatments including indications, contraindications, and services.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
