Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma is required.
• Prior computer and/or facility maintenance experience is helpful.
• Customer service-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the Respite Room to maintain order, cleanliness and amenities; replenish towels throughout the facility.
• Perform rounds to ensure neatness and order.
• Attend to the Reception Desk for client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers.
• Understand basic RIO system operations for view-only purposes and communicate service times to guests.
• Gather used linens and distribute clean linens to storage areas and treatment rooms.
• Assist spa technicians with cleaning baths between client treatments.
• Maintain neatness around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide information on services.
