Job summary

Kohler Waters Spa is seeking a Spa Attendant I to support daily operations in a welcoming, guest-focused environment at Kohler, WI. The role involves maintaining spa cleanliness, assisting guests, and upholding standards across Back of House, Facility, Concierge and Respite tasks.

This casual, part-time position requires walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexible shifts including mornings, days, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Forbes Five-Star standards and Kohler Hospitality policies.
• Support cleanliness, safety, and guest experiences across spa areas.
• Participate in daily huddles and department meetings; stay informed on spa operations.
• Cross-train in Spa Attendant functions including Back of House, Facility, Concierge and Respite tasks.
• Maintain communication between Spa Attendants, Guest Services, providers, and Spa Leadership.
