Battle House Hotel and Spa in Mobile, AL seeks a Spa Attendant to warmly welcome guests and maintain pristine locker rooms, showers, lounges, and pool areas. You will stock towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and other amenities, while supporting therapists and ensuring a relaxing spa environment.

The role emphasizes impeccable cleanliness, attentive service, inventory control, and smooth operation of spa facilities to create memorable guest experiences.

Formación

• Impeccable cleanliness standards in all spa areas.
• Welcomes guests, escorts to locker area and assigns lockers.
• Communicates proper usage of spa facilities for guest comfort and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and accompany guests to the locker area and provide amenities.
• Maintain clean and stocked restrooms, showers, and locker rooms.
• Assist therapists during treatments as needed and ensure smooth service.
• Monitor inventory of guest supplies and towels in locker/vanity areas.
• Schedule alignment: ensure guests are in correct areas at specified times.
• Stock beverages and fruits in lounges and assist with service.
• Handle laundry and disposal of soiled linens per SOPs.
• Arrange spa areas with items like ice packs and towels for guest comfort.
