Job summary

Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a Spa Attendant to deliver exceptional guest support and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our spa facilities. You will welcome guests, escort them to the locker area, and ensure towels, robes, slippers, toiletries are stocked and accessible.

You will help therapists, manage inventory, monitor appointments, stock lounge beverages, handle laundry, and keep restrooms and showers spotless.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to the locker area, assign lockers, and provide all necessary amenities for their spa experience.
• Maintain clean and well‑stocked restrooms and showers, replace towels and bath mats, and wipe down showers after each use.
• Assist therapists during treatments as needed, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of guest supplies in the locker room and vanity areas.
• Monitor guest appointments and ensure they are in the appropriate areas at scheduled times, reporting issues to supervisors.
• Stock and serve beverages and fruits in lounge areas, offering refreshments to each guest.
• Manage laundry processes, dispose of soiled linens, and stock fresh towels by SOPs.
• Arrange spa areas, such as relaxation rooms, with items like ice packs and towels to provide comfort for guests.
