Hyatt’s Tamaya resort in Santa Ana Pueblo, NM, invites you to join our Spa Attendants/Receptionist team. You will help maintain serene treatment rooms, greet guests, check them in and out, and support service flow with warm, attentive care aligned with Hyatt’s Purpose of Care.

This role offers opportunities to engage in front-desk duties, assist therapists, manage bookings, and ensure a spotless, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in both guest-facing and back-of-house environments.
• Ability to lift, bend, restock, and maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Spa Environment Care — Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and common space
• Stocking & Inventory Support — Replenish linens, amenities, beverages, and supplies; assist with product inventory
• Therapist Assistance — Prepare rooms, support service flow, and respond to operational needs
• Front Desk Reception — Greet guests, check them in/out, provide spa orientation, and ensure a welcoming arrival experience
• Appointment Scheduling — Answer calls, manage bookings, modify reservations, and coordinate service timing
• Clerical & Administrative Tasks — Process payments, handle guest records, manage daily logs, and support spa leadership with basic admin tasks
• Guest Service Excellence — Provide warm, culturally respectful service reflective of Tamaya’s identity and Hyatt’s Purpose of Care
• Safety & Sanitation Compliance — Follow all hygiene protocols, procedures, and spa operational standards

Spa Attendants/Receptionist supports both the operational flow of the spa and the guest facing front desk. This position ensures a serene, well-maintained environment while delivering warm, attentive service aligned with Hyatt’s Purpose of Care.
