• Coordinate treatment schedules with spa team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Assist with guest inquiries and ensure calm, intentional spa spaces.
• Set up treatment rooms and ensure product baskets are stocked for providers.
• Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Balance treatments at designated times and manage room assignments.
• Maintain inventory of products and supplies and communicate needs to leadership.
• Support therapist assistants and locker attendants as needed.

SUMMARY

The Spa Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the guest and colleague journey by ensuring each experience is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly delivered.

In this role, you will work closely with our spa team to coordinate treatment schedules, assist with guest inquiries, and help maintain the calm and intentional flow of our wellness spaces. You’ll be a grounding presence for both guests and colleagues, helping to create an environment rooted in care, clarity, and connection. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and enjoys being part of a team that supports healing and transformation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills that translate to heart led service for our internal and external guests.
• Working with the large team of service providers and leadership to maximize our scheduling needs, setting the schedule of appointments for success.
• Setting up treatment rooms and ensuring product baskets are complete and available for providers.
• Professionally responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Balancing treatments at designated times and assigning treatment rooms.
• Maintaining continual inventory of product and supplies, and communicating any needs to leadership.
• Proactively refills and portions product to be utilized throughout the week.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail, be highly analytical and results driven.
• Must be self-motivated to perform quality work independently with efficiency.
• Flexible and adaptable to assume a variety of responsibilities in a shift.
• Dutiesandresponsibilities may include supporting the therapist assistants and locker attendants.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Ability to lift, pull, push and drag moderate weight

Excellent teamwork and works well unsupervised

Attention to detail for cleanliness and sanitation

Flexible and adaptable to assume a variety of responsibilities during a shift

Customer service driven to ensure we are meeting guest experience standards

Flexible schedule availability, with the ability to work a mix of evenings, morning and weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
