Job summary

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a part-time Spa Attendant to help maintain serene spa spaces and greet guests with a calm, attentive presence.

Responsibilities include keeping treatment rooms clean, stocking towels and amenities, assisting therapists, and supporting front desk operations while upholding hygiene and guest service standards. Flexible weekends/evenings are required; ability to lift up to 30 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous spa, hospitality, or housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Warm, approachable personality with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a quiet, calm environment
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Weekends are a must.

• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of all spa spaces
• Stock towels, water, tea, and other spa amenities throughout the day
• Greet and assist guests with amenities, and overall orientation of spa areas
• Reset treatment rooms between services and ensure all supplies are replenished
• Support therapists and front desk team in maintaining seamless operations
• Monitor laundry needs and manage used linens in accordance with sanitation protocols
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Uphold all cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service standards
• Maintain a calm, quiet, and professional demeanor at all times

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently hiring for a part-time Spa Attendant. Spa Attendants play a vital role in creating a serene and welcoming environment for our guests. You will ensure the spa facilities are clean, stocked, and operating smoothly while providing attentive, discreet service to every guest. This is an ideal role for individuals who take pride in their attention to detail and enjoy working in a calm, service-focused setting.
