Tailwater Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, seeks a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, share local knowledge, and ensure smooth reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. You will be the friendly face guiding guests through their stay.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience and can handle multiple tasks calmly, with a bonus for familiarity with PEP. This position offers full-time hours and a welcoming team environment.

Set on the scenic banks of the Salmon River, Tailwater Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton™, offers the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and tranquil relaxation. From Orvis-endorsed fishing and shooting sports to our indoor pool, hot tub, and full-service spa, there’s something for everyone.

We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent who brings energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality to every interaction. You’ll be the smiling face that welcomes our guests, the problem-solver who keeps things running smoothly, and the friendly voice they remember long after their trip.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth, sincerity, and a friendly smile.
• Share hotel and local knowledge to make each stay extra special.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs in person, online, or by phone.

• Flexible schedule (including weekends, and holidays).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and familiarity with PEP (a bonus!)
