Job summary

Tailwater Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton™, seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests and ensure smooth operations. You will be the smiling face, assist with reservations, check-ins, and guest requests, and provide local recommendations to elevate every stay.

Ideal candidates bring energy, strong communication, and a calm demeanor under pressure, with 1+ year in customer service. Flexible weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule (including weekends, and holidays).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and familiarity with PEP (a bonus!)

• Share hotel and local knowledge to make each stay extra special.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs in person, online, or by phone.

GUEST SERVICE AGENT | TAILWATER LODGE

We’re looking for a Guest Service Agent who brings energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality to every interaction. You’ll be the smiling face that welcomes our guests, the problem-solver who keeps things running smoothly, and the friendly voice they remember long after their trip.
