Job description

Join to apply for the Spa Attendant role at Northern Quest Resort & Casino.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations, and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
  2. Communicating and describing spa offerings and their benefits to guests.
  3. Maintaining knowledge of the spa industry and protocols.
  4. Touring guests through the spa facility and providing beverages and miscellaneous items.
  5. Overseeing guest treatment schedules and ensuring timely services.
  6. Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards of the spa, restrooms, and relaxation lounges.
  7. Providing friendly, caring, and helpful service to guests and staff.
  8. Handling multiple tasks and paying attention to details.
  9. Assisting treatment providers with preparing treatment rooms and supplies.
  10. Requisitioning supplies and spa collateral.
  11. Dispensing and serving wine.
  12. Participating in meetings and training sessions.
  13. Conducting inventory of products and supplies.
  14. Maintaining good attendance records.
  15. Potentially serving as a panelist for Internal Review Hearings.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, guest service experience, MAST certification, Washington State Food Worker Card, Hepatitis A and B vaccinations, and successful background checks.
