Job summary

The Float Loft in West Chester is seeking a Spa Associate to greet guests, schedule appointments, and maintain room readiness. You will ensure a welcoming, clean space and provide guidance on services while supporting a smooth, team-oriented operation.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, answering questions, promoting memberships, and assisting with equipment and spa areas. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling systems.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain your agreed availability.
• Attention to detail and the initiative to complete tasks thoroughly.
• A friendly, professional approach to guests and coworkers.
• A willingness to help teammates and adapt when the day gets busy.

• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

The Float Loft offers float therapy, sauna, cold plunge, and red-light sessions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in a clean and welcoming space, and follows through on their commitments.

Schedule and reliability

Consistent availability matters to our small team. Please include the days and hours you can regularly work and any anticipated schedule changes in your application. We’ll discuss the required shifts during hiring so you can confirm they work for you beyond training.
