Job summary

The Float Loft in West Chester is hiring a Spa Associate to join a small, friendly team. You will schedule appointments, check guests in and out, and help guests understand how to use our float, sauna, cold plunge, and red-light services.

We value reliability, initiative, and a clean, welcoming space. The role involves cleaning between sessions, promoting memberships, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, with opportunities for leadership as we expand.

Qualifications

• At least two years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling systems.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain your agreed availability.
• Attention to detail and the initiative to complete tasks thoroughly.
• A friendly, professional approach to guests and coworkers.
• A willingness to help teammates and adapt when the day gets busy.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare rooms between sessions, including around and underneath equipment.
• Notice what needs attention and take action, asking questions when instructions are unclear.

• Communicate with coworkers, share daily responsibilities, and help keep the spa running smoothly.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule and reliability

Consistent availability matters to our small team. Please include the days and hours you can regularly work and any anticipated schedule changes in your application. We’ll discuss the required shifts during hiring so you can confirm they work for you beyond training.
