Responsibilities

• Clean and reset Float and Infrared Sauna rooms.
• Maintain a pristine spa environment including rooms and bathrooms.
• Restock towels, robes, and amenities throughout the shift.
• Assist with spa organization and inventory tracking.
• Monitor Float pool water levels (training provided).
• Prepare rooms for Massage Therapists and assist with enhancements.
• Track inventory usage and help with stock organization.
• Communicate with Front Desk to support guest flow.
• Maintain a calm, quiet presence to protect the spa atmosphere.

About the Role

Spa Attendants are the backbone of the spa. You’ll support Float, Infrared Sauna, and Massage services by keeping rooms reset, supplies stocked, and the overall space flowing smoothly. This is a back‑of‑house role with light guest interaction and a strong focus on consistency and standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cleaning and resetting Float and Infrared Sauna rooms between guests (quick, efficient room flips)
• Maintaining a pristine spa environment — rooms, lounge areas, and bathrooms
• Restocking towels, robes, amenities, and supplies throughout your shift
• Assisting with laundry and general spa organization
• Monitoring and recording Float pool water levels (training provided)
• Supporting Massage Therapists by preparing rooms and enhancements when needed
• Tracking inventory usage and assisting with stock organization
• Communicating with the Front Desk to support smooth guest flow
• Maintaining a calm, quiet presence that protects the spa’s peaceful atmosphere
