The Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, CO is seeking a Full-Time, Year-Round Spa Assistant Manager to help lead our spa team and create an exceptional experience for every guest. This role supports the day-to-day operation of a team dedicated to thoughtful service, wellness, and Colorado hospitality.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $78,000 annually, with up to 10% performance bonus and potential for up to 12% Deferred Compensation Plan contribution. The position emphasizes leadership and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a spa or guest services environment desired.
• Experience with computer software (MS Office, Springer Miller) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spa Manager in leading the Spa Concierge and Aesthetics teams.
• Oversee daily spa operations, including retail, membership, and spa cafe.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and staff morale.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
