Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and service-focused professional to oversee daily spa operations and help create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable guest experience. In this role, you will support the team in delivering exceptional service, maintain smooth front-of-house and treatment area operations, and help uphold high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day spa operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Assist with scheduling, staffing coverage, and coordination of daily workflow
• Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and overall spa presentation standards
• Work closely with leadership to support service excellence, retail performance, and operational goals
• Help train new team members on spa procedures, guest service expectations, and property standards
• Maintain accurate records related to appointments, inventory, and daily reporting as needed
• Promote a calm, positive, and professional environment for both guests and team members
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa, hospitality, wellness, or luxury service environments
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused approach
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling scheduling, service recovery, or daily operational support is a plus
• Comfort working with reservation systems, point-of-sale tools, or similar software
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
