Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a Lead, SOX Program Strategy & Audit Excellence—ITGC/ITAC within the SOX Risk and Compliance Organization (SRCO). You will partner with Finance, Accounting and Tech to build a scalable IT control environment and drive strategic improvements across ITGCs and automated controls.

You will lead walkthroughs with auditors, evaluate control design, and oversee remediation, policy updates and training for ongoing SOX excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/SOX with Big 4 or equivalent.
• Degree in CS/CE/IS or equivalent; professional certs preferred.
• Willing to work out of San Diego, Mountain View, or Atlanta office at least 3 times a week.
• Deep IT General Controls (ITGCs) and COSO framework knowledge.
• AI-first mindset for SOX processes and ability to evaluate AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SOX liaison to Intuit's Technology organization and lead the IT SOX program.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of IT controls; assess changes and transformations for SOX impact.
