Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Lead for SOX Program Strategy & Audit Excellence focused on ITGC/ITAC. You will partner with Finance, Accounting and Tech to build a scalable control environment and drive improvements across IT controls. The role demands strong risk expertise, communication, and cross-functional influence.

The position involves evaluating control changes, leading walkthroughs, and delivering clear, auditable outputs for senior leadership and governance committees.

Qualifications

Experience in ITGCs, automated and application controls, and SOX context.
Public accounting or risk consulting background preferred.
Ability to lead control design discussions with tech teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary SOX liaison to Intuit's Technology org for ITSOX program.
Evaluate IT controls design and operation, with actionable recommendations.
Lead ITGC and automated/control walkthroughs with auditors.
Manage deficiency evaluation, root-cause analysis and remediation.
Prepare materials for senior leadership and audit committees.
Maintain and update SOPs and templates for ITGC/ITAC controls.
