Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in Big 4 public accounting, risk consulting and/or SOX industry experience.
• Experience in IT and technology risk; Fintech or software industry exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, automated and application controls, and PCAOB COSO.
• Ability to work from San Diego, Mountain View, or Atlanta offices at least 3 days a week.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to rethink processes and improve audit defensibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SOX liaison to Intuit's Technology organization and own the IT SOX program.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead ITGC and automated/control walkthroughs with auditors and co-source teams.
• Manage deficiency evaluation, root cause analysis, action plans and remediation monitoring.
• Prepare SOX materials for senior leadership and committees with clear, audience-appropriate communications.
• Ensure ITGC/ITAC SOPs are updated and training is provided to technology stakeholders.
• Drive awareness of SOX requirements and enterprise control strategy across Finance, Accounting and Tech.
• Lead with ownership and drive multiple workstreams with high quality and urgency.
