Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Lead for SOX Program Strategy & Audit Excellence (ITGC/ITAC) within the SRCO. You will drive coverage, quality, and strategic improvements across IT general controls, automated controls, and related processes in collaboration with Finance, Accounting and Tech.

You will influence stakeholders, own control design, and enable the organization to scale a robust control environment while leveraging AI-enabled tools and data insights for efficiency and auditability.

Qualifications

• IT risk and SOX program experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs, automated controls, COSO, and PCAOB.
• Ability to translate technical topics for leadership and audit committees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SOX liaison to Intuit's Technology organization and own the IT SOX program.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead ITGC and automated control walkthroughs with auditors and co-source teams.
• Manage deficiency evaluation, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Prepare SOX materials for senior leadership and governance committees.
