Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior, Business Risk and AI Automation to lead an AI-first internal audit and risk function. You will design and scale AI-enabled SOX testing, delivering real-time insights and reducing manual overhead across core financial processes.

This role requires 2–4 years in Big 4/internal audit or compliance with a technology focus, and a passion for automation. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls and advance risk management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm, internal audit, and/or compliance with a demonstrated passion for technology and automation.
• Experience supporting internal controls and SOX testing in the technology industry, preferably platform companies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale the SOX compliance program with AI-driven testing for accuracy and real-time insights.
• Test core business process controls (financial reporting, revenue recognition, payroll, equity) using agentic AI to identify threats.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, People & Culture, Legal, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls and drive improvements.
• Serve as SME and advocate for AI/automation in risk management.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation within Risk Advisory and Assurance.
