Job summary

Abbott is hiring a Corporate Financial Reporting SOX and Policy Manager to work out of Abbott Park or Willis Tower. This role serves as the primary SOX resource for Corporate Financial Reporting and selected international affiliates, providing guidance for SOX activities.

You will maintain the Corporate Finance Manual, update policies, and train the finance organization, coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure timely remediation and clear financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SOX 404/302 for Corporate Financial Reporting and select international affiliates.
• Review internal control documentation and testing results and evaluate ratings.
• Maintain the Corporate Finance Manual and document-control processes.
• Lead periodic reviews and updates of Corporate Finance Manual policies and procedures.
• Provide policy interpretation and guidance across the finance organization.
• Develop and support training related to the Corporate Finance Manual.
