Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Security GRC leader to own ITGC control design, monitoring, and evidence readiness in support of SOX 404 compliance. You will partner with Internal Audit and Engineering to ensure controls are designed in from the start and tested before external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with IT risk, controls, and regulatory frameworks.
• Must have worked on SOX 404 readiness or public company ITGC programs.

Responsibilities

• Define control requirements for ITGC domains (logical access, change management, operations, program development).
• Lead/own continuous controls monitoring and automated evidence collection for ITGCs.
• Remediate ITGC deficiencies with engineering and audit partners; validate remediation before re-testing.
• Assess scope changes for SOX impact and align evidence requirements across frameworks.
