Genesco Inc. is seeking an IT Compliance Manager to partner with CISPO and lead SOX and ITGC governance across IT and Delivery. You will guide control owners, coordinate evidence, and embed compliance into daily IT operations and technology changes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Security, IT leadership, auditors, vendors, and cross-regional teams to sustain year-round compliance and governance across US and UK operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOX, ITGCs, IT compliance, technology controls, IT audit or related discipline.
• Experience in publicly traded organizations or environments with public-company SOX requirements.
• Ability to interpret compliance and control requirements into practical expectations for technology teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage recurring SOX and ITGC compliance activities with the CISPO, including control requirements, ownership, evidence expectations, and execution.
• Help IT teams identify control gaps, risks, and changes affecting SOX or ITGC requirements, ensuring review and escalation.
• Coach and support IT teams through SOX and ITGC testing, engaging control owners and coordinating evidence.
• Establish SOX/ITGC review checkpoints for projects, integrations, and vendor transitions.
• Maintain IT compliance documentation with internal and offshore suppliers; ensure accuracy and currency.
