Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a SOX Control and Compliance Lead to drive the global SOX program within GFRC. You will partner with accounting, IT, and business teams to design, implement, and monitor controls that protect financial reporting integrity.

Responsibilities include program management, risk assessment, control design and testing, and coordinating with external auditors. This role requires strong knowledge of ITGCs and SOX processes across a complex, fast-growing enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years auditing business processes, IT risk, or internal audits.
• 4+ years compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• Knowledge of ITGCs including access/change/operations.
• Experience with SOX scoping, risk assessment, testing and remediation.

Aufgaben

• SOX Program Management and policy maintenance.
• Deep dives on IT/business processes to map risks and controls.
• Continuous improvement of the SOX program and reporting.
• Support 302 sub-certification and related reporting.
• Engage external auditors and address findings.
