Job summary

Charter Communications offers a paid 11-week Spectrum internship for students pursuing Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Science. The program runs May 26 to August 6, 2027, providing real-world experience in the telecommunications industry, mentorship, and development sessions.

As a Spectrum intern, you'll work with two teams on department and intern cohort projects, with about 80% project work and 20% professional development, networking, and final presentations.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or rising senior with expected graduation May 2028–May 2029.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review and evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting as part of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Perform on-site tests of internal controls to help determine design and operation effectiveness.
• Assist with financial controls audit testing and interact with audit staff and process owners.
