Job summary

Charter Communications is offering a paid, full-time internship for 11 weeks in the Spectrum organization. You will work with Salesforce and CSML tasks, data integrations, and product change workflows, while receiving mentorship and professional development opportunities.

The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, and requires you to be a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0+ GPA and U.S. work authorization. Travel to local intern events is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce and CSML development tasks for ongoing delivery projects
• Assist with analysis and integrations between Salesforce, RingCentral-related systems and downstream provisioning systems
• Participate in testing, defect validation and troubleshooting for product launch and provisioning changes
• Create and organize technical documentation, process flows and knowledge transfer materials
• Support automation, configuration and development activities for new product creation and product change workflows
• Help document business processes, integration touchpoints and system dependencies
• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint deliverables and other engineering activities under supervision

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology

Rising senior with expected graduation Dec 2027–May 2028
