Job summary

Charter Communications invites a motivated student to join the Spectrum internship program for 11 weeks, May 26 to August 6, 2027. This paid, full-time role offers real-world experience in a nationwide telecom environment across business, IT, data, or engineering tracks.

You'll work in two teams on department and intern cohort projects, receive mentoring, development sessions, networking events, and a final presentation to showcase impact and growth this summer.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to gather and document requirements for Spectrum's field tools
• Analyze operational data and support enhancements that improve technician productivity and field efficiency
• Map workflows and processes using diagramming tools to clarify business needs
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical language for effective communication
• Use SQL, Excel or Google Sheets to validate, clean and visualize data for actionable insights
• Assist with Agile project tracking and documentation in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, professional development sessions, networking activities and final presentations
