Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid 11-week internship for students pursuing business/finance-related degrees. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027 and includes mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Interns will work on department and intern cohort projects (80%), with additional experiences such as kickoff conferences and final presentations. Local travel to events is required.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or rising senior with expected graduation date between May 2028 and May 2029.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Must be able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and evaluating the company's internal controls over financial reporting in connection with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Conduct on-site tests of internal controls to determine design and operating effectiveness.
• Interact with audit staff and process owners and use audit software during testing.
