• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in review and evaluation of the company’s internal controls over financial reporting; support Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance efforts.
• Perform on-site tests of internal controls as required to help management assess control effectiveness.
