Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, SOX - Business Process to design, implement, and maintain an ICFR program. This role partners with Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal, reporting to the Senior Director of SOX.

You will lead program development, control design, and remediation efforts to strengthen financial reporting for a pre-IPO/high-growth tech company. The position requires 8+ years in SOX, COSO/PCAOB/US GAAP expertise, and Workiva experience, with strong project management in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA/CIA/CISA preferred.
• 8+ years of SOX compliance experience in Big 4 or in-house leadership.
• Experience designing and managing SOX programs in pre-IPO or high-growth tech.
• Knowledge of COSO, PCAOB standards, and US GAAP; strong cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's SOX program for business process controls.
• Collaborate with business process owners to design, implement, and maintain effective and efficient controls.
• Provide guidance on best practices for process improvements and automation.
• Coordinate and manage the annual SOX risk assessment, control scoping, and testing strategy.
• Drive remediation efforts for identified control deficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.
• Report findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
