Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, SOX Compliance to lead the second line of defense in a complex public company environment. You will enhance ICFR governance, drive remediation of material weaknesses, and ensure rigorous control testing with strong leadership collaboration.

Role requires hands-on, strategic and tactical execution, partnering with Accounting, Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and external auditors to deliver timely controls improvements and credible reporting to the Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA/CIA/CISA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement second line SOX governance framework.
• Coordinate SOX program activities and testing.
• Remediate active material weaknesses with clear ownership.
• Prepare dashboards and status reports for leadership.
