Qualifications

• CPA or CIA certification required.
• 8+ years of experience in SOX compliance or internal controls.
• COSO framework and SOX 404 knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external auditor requests for SOX and ICFR testing.
• Schedule and facilitate control walkthroughs between auditors and control owners.
• Maintain risk and control matrices, narratives, and process flowcharts.
