Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK is seeking a Sow Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm tasks, train staff, and ensure production targets are met while maintaining animal welfare and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 4+ years related experience and/or training, or 2–5 years swine experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be proficient in the English language (reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Train employees on day-to-day processes and procedures and develop a competent workforce through hands-on training.
• Create and manage employee work schedules and maintain personnel paperwork including performance evaluations and timely feedback.
• Perform farm audits to ensure SOPs are followed and facilities are in good working condition.
• Ensure daily and weekly production targets are met and submit production analysis reports on time.
• Care and conditioning of sows on the farm.
• Submit orders for farm supplies and maintenance needs.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / 4-year college

4+ years related experience and/or training

2 to 5 years of Swine Experience

High school diploma or GED
