Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a Senior Project Manager – SOW Factory to lead the development, structuring, and governance of Statements of Work for NAM IC&S customer engagements in the United States. You will drive SOW templates, risk assessments, and project deliverables with Sales, Legal, and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Drafting, reviewing, or managing Statements of Work, MSAs, or commercial contracts.
• Experience with Time & Materials and Fixed Price engagements.
• Experience in structured deal governance and commercial reviews.
• Strong ability to define scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms.
• Experience developing project estimates and ROM estimates.

Responsibilities

• Draft and structure SOWs for T&M and Fixed Price engagements using templates.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones, and payment terms.
• Ensure SOW language clearly distinguishes deliverables and artifacts.
• Apply commercial guidelines and contractual standards for acceptance, go-live, and changes.
• Develop ROM estimates using historical data and delivery assumptions.
• Evaluate resource mixes to align with delivery and financial goals.
• Prepare SOW packages for governance reviews and obtain final approvals.
• Support SOW Factory performance: throughput, quality, accuracy, and cycle times.
• Maintain version control and audit trails through drafting to approval.
• Draft and structure Project Change Requests with clear scope and cost changes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Delivery, and Portfolio teams for approvals.
• Identify contractual or commercial risks before SOW execution.
• Coordinate with Legal to ensure protections and standards.
• Assist in seamless transition from opportunity to signed SOW and launch.
• Contribute to templates, clause libraries, and governance processes.
• Analyze recurring issues to improve templates and processes.
• Support AI-assisted tools for SOW drafting and estimates.
