Qualifications

• JD graduation between 2022 and 2025.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
• Experience in capital markets, finance, sovereign debt, project finance or related cross-border transactional work.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills.
• Interest in sophisticated international transactions and emerging-market finance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, counterparties and colleagues across jurisdictions.

The practice advises sovereign governments, sub-sovereigns, state-owned enterprises and international financial institutions on sophisticated and innovative transactions across the global capital markets.
