  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of New York or District of Columbia (or eligible to waive in).

Our client's market-leading Agency Finance practice focuses on complex, cross-border financing transactions within emerging markets globally. This group is at the forefront of essential infrastructure projects in Latin America, Central and South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East.

As an Associate, you will advise development finance institutions, multilateral agencies, and regional development banks. Your work will span a diverse array of sectors including renewable energy, financial services, telecommunications, and transportation. You will handle a high-sophistication portfolio involving project finance, corporate lending, loan participations, and political risk insurance.
