Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in either New York or Washington, D.C.
• 3+ years of experience in investment funds, private equity, and sovereign wealth funds.
• Strong experience with complex international investment transactions.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.

Job Description

We are representing a prestigious law firm seeking a Sovereign Wealth Associate to join their team in either the New York or Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience focusing on investment funds, private equity, and sovereign wealth funds, with a particular emphasis on complex international investment transactions. This is an in‑person position, and all employees are required to comply with the firm’s employment policies.
