Job summary

ASGCO® Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across Arizona, California, and Southern Nevada.

This hands-on, field-focused role requires building a robust pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and developing new business with mines, quarries, and cement plants. You will work directly with customers to understand conveyor challenges, recommend ASGCO® products, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to deliver complete solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of outside sales experience in industrial manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow ASGCO sales throughout Arizona, California and Southern Nevada.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mines, quarries, cement plants and industrial facilities.
• Expand relationships within existing ASGCO accounts and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Provide technical insight and site support, including field visits and conveyors inspections.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
