ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a high‑energy Outside Sales and Service Territory Manager to lead growth in the New England region. The role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and educating customers on ASGCO products and services.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of outside sales experience in manufacturing and a strong mechanical aptitude. This on-site position offers a competitive base salary with commission potential and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to understand equipment and applications in bulk handling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and focused on results.
• Outside sales experience in manufacturing preferred, 3–7 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales and market share with customers in the New England Territory.
• Build and maintain relationships by solving problems and delivering value.
• Educate customers on ASGCO products and services and conduct presentations.
• Coordinate on-site technical service requirements and support customers.
• Identify opportunities, quote, engineer and close product and service solutions.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting and promote ASGCO conveyor products and related lines.
