Job summary

ASGCO® Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and grow sales across Arizona, California and Southern Nevada. This hands-on role requires field-focused activity, strong mechanical aptitude, and a proven track record in industrial sales.

The successful candidate will build relationships with mines, quarries, cement plants, OEMs, and other bulk material handling operations while supporting distributors and expanding market share in the Southwestern U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of outside sales experience in industrial manufacturing or related industries.
• Conveyor equipment or bulk material handling sales experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales throughout Arizona, California and Southern Nevada.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategy focused on revenue growth and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mines, quarries, cement plants, and industrial facilities.
• Expand relationships within existing ASGCO accounts and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to deliver complete solutions.
