Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Direct Auto Area Sales Manager to lead auto lending operations across a metropolitan region. You will sign and onboard new direct auto dealers, manage dealer relationships, and train personnel to drive sales and retention.

The role requires strong outside sales experience, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while reporting to senior leaders on industry trends and performance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to present products, negotiate, and close deals.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and self-start.
• Ability to service and retain dealers.

Responsibilities

• Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers.
• Manage and maintain dealer relationships.
• Train dealer personnel.
• Update senior leaders on industry trends and performance.
• Address dealer service issues.
