You will foster innovation and collaboration while championing HDR's values, delivering excellent client outcomes, and advancing strategic priorities across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or closely related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the related field.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with regional directors, office managers, and directors.
• Commitment to quality, improvement, and HDR values.
• Strong business skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a bold regional growth strategy aligned with HDR's Water Business Group vision and objectives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, trends, and client needs to expand HDR's presence in the Southwest.
• Lead a high-performing regional leadership team with regional leaders to accelerate growth and deliver results.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Drive business development initiatives, strategic pursuits, and key client relationships.
• Partner with regional directors and managers to align strategy, resources, and execution.
• Champion technical excellence, quality delivery, and HDR's priorities.
• Mentor and develop Area Business Group Managers and emergent leaders.
