HDR is seeking a Southwest Region Water Business Group Director to shape the growth of HDR’s water practice across a dynamic region. You will drive strategy, build high-performing teams, and champion innovative water solutions that transform communities.

This leadership role blends market expansion with talent development and executive stakeholder engagement. As part of HDR's employee-owned culture, you will guide strategic pursuits, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams.
Strong business skills and HDR values.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a bold regional growth strategy for HDR's Water Business Group.
Identify market opportunities and client needs to expand HDR's presence in the Southwest.
Lead a high-performing regional leadership team to accelerate growth and deliver results.
Mentor and develop emerging leaders to strengthen HDR's leadership pipeline.
Travel frequently (50%+) across the region.
