HDR is seeking a visionary Southwest Region Water Business Group Director to shape the future of HDR’s water practice across a dynamic region. You will drive strategy, cultivate market opportunities, build high-performing teams, and champion innovative solutions that transform communities.

You will lead growth initiatives, mentor leaders, and engage with water organizations while maintaining HDR’s values and our employee-owned culture across the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• 12+ years in the water sector and leading diverse teams.
• Experience building markets and expanding client relationships in the Southwest.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for HDR's Southwest Water Group.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and expand HDR's presence across the region.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing regional leadership team and collaborate with senior leaders.
