Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of sales or sales management experience in the heavy-duty truck parts or automotive aftermarket industry.
• Proficient in CRM, Excel, and reporting tools; travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives across branches or territories.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between Outside Sales and branch operations for better customer experience.
• Collaborate with PACCAR fleet reps and Hunter sales to grow fleet and retail sales.
