Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Parts Outside Sales Manager for the Southwest Region to lead and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives across multiple locations in PA and WV. The role focuses on achieving revenue and margin goals through strategic lead assignment, performance tracking, and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with branch operations, marketing, and credit to optimize sales processes, manage commissions, and drive PACCAR fleet sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
Five+ years of experience in sales or sales management within the heavy-duty truck parts or automotive aftermarket industry.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives across branches/territories.
Establish clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and opportunities.
Align Outside Sales with branch operations to improve customer experience and order efficiency.
Collaborate with fleet sales teams and management on pricing, promotions, and reporting.
