Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years hands‑on maintenance or avionics experience.
• A&P license or an FCC license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in an MRO sales position.

Responsibilities

• Sell all services offered at the Company's MRO Service Centers.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain business and personal relationships with customers.
• Develop a sales plan that ensures each customer in the assigned region is contacted every quarter.
• Negotiate all sales agreements fairly and equitably while maximizing profit potential for the Company.
• Act as the customer’s advocate while maintaining balance between the customer and the Company.
• Travel as required to meet the essential duties of the job.
